The CAA Theatre program covers all aspects of theatre. Students learn about theatre history, playwriting, elements of production, design, and different methods of acting in their Theatre Enrichment course.
Students work with contemporary, classical, and original texts. They get the opportunity to perform monologues, scenes, improvisation, musical theatre, and more. Our black box theatre facility includes lighting and sound equipment which all students learn to use. There is also an opportunity to take an intensive course in improvisation. Students can work closely with the Sudlow Drama Club for additional theatrical opportunities.
